No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

                Easy homemade chocolate peanut butter cup bars made with only 5 ingredients. Cut them as large or as small as you want! Bars are *gluten free* if using GF graham crackers.




        Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of salted butter, melted* 
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 16 sheets) 
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar 
  • 1 1/2 cups and 4 tbs of creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips 
       Directions

  1. Line a 9x13 baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside. 
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together until combined. Stir in 1 1/2 of peanut butter. Spread into prepared baking pan. 
  3. Ina small bowl, microwave 4 tbs of peanut butter with chocolate chips until melted. Stir until smooth. spread over peanut butter layer. 
  4. Chill until completely firm, at least 3 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting. Bars stay fresh stored in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.Bars may be frozen up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

Ice Cream Sandwiches

       Super yummy ice cream sandwiches. Made with the Magnolia Table cookie recipe, vanilla ice cream, and mini chocolate chip. These are my personal favorite to make and eat. Left out too long can make the ice cream melt so don't leave it out for too long. Now on to the recipe!
