Easy homemade chocolate peanut butter cup bars made with only 5 ingredients. Cut them as large or as small as you want! Bars are *gluten free* if using GF graham crackers.

- 1 cup of salted butter, melted*
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 16 sheets)
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups and 4 tbs of creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Line a 9x13 baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together until combined. Stir in 1 1/2 of peanut butter. Spread into prepared baking pan.
- Ina small bowl, microwave 4 tbs of peanut butter with chocolate chips until melted. Stir until smooth. spread over peanut butter layer.
- Chill until completely firm, at least 3 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting. Bars stay fresh stored in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.Bars may be frozen up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
